How to Link Aadhar with Voter Id Card 2019

LINKING VOTER CARD WITH AADHAR

Hello Everyone, I am going to give you a step by step guide on how you can link your aadhar card with voter id card or verify your voter id card  through National Voters Service Portal (NVSP). There was a time when you can do this by doing a electoral search off your voter id card and then there was a option feed Aadhar. Then you clicked there and a form popped up and you filled it and that's it. But now that method is not available. But right now you can verify your Voter Id card by using your aadhar card. Here's how to do it-

1) First go to NVSP Portal.

2)Then click on Login /Register .

3) Click on - Don't have an Account, register as New User or click here to get the register form.

4) Before you start feeling the form , You need have your voter id card and Aadhar card with you. Then put the mobile no. first, and fill the captcha given there, an OTP will be sent to your mobile. Verify it. 

5) Then put EPIC no , Epic number is the number of your voter id card. Here is a picture if you are not sure what is epic number is - 

6)You must need an email address to. If you have one , put it or create a new one. Though it's not necessary. You can continue without email address. And in that case, your voter id number or mobile number will be considered as the username to login to your account later. 

Give a password, follow the password rule - make it something like Sourav@123 , which will be considered as strong password. 

7) After registering, You are going to receive a welcome message on your mobile. Now you have to click on Electorals Verification Program . 

8) Then it's going to show your voter id details, and there is going to be a clickable option saying - "Verify My Details " . Click on that and your full voter id details will be unlocked.

9) Now you have to put your age first, the only available thing which you need to fill , and then scroll down at the bottom and you are going to see two messages were there - "Information displayed above is correct " or Information displayed above is incorrect.

10) If your Voter ID card information is correct, then click on the correct mark, the first option and you are going to see " Verification completed upload authentication document " a new option going to open. 

11) You are going to see a lot of documents available there. Choose Aadhar card as your document. Now you have to scan your Aadhar card first to upload, Type the Aadhar No. on the Document No. Section then choose the file and upload it. 

And you are done.Just refresh the page and you are going to see a message your verification details submitted.
